Dos Pueblos High School Wrestling is a competitive CIF-sanctioned program for high school students, focused on developing athletes through hard work, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence. Our season runs from November through February, with daily practices, dual meets, and tournaments. Wrestlers represent DPHS, compete for league and CIF titles, and train together as a unified team.
The Laboratory Wrestling Club is an independent, year-round USA Wrestling Club open to athletes of all ages and skill levels—from beginners to advanced competitors. For youth wrestlers (grades 2–8), The Lab is their primary training program. For high school wrestlers, The Lab offers additional off-season training in the spring and fall, plus opportunities to compete in extra tournaments not part of the DPHS season.
DPHS Wrestling is your in-season, school-based team, while The Lab provides training and competition opportunities outside the high school season. Many DPHS wrestlers participate in The Lab before and after the season to improve their skills and stay competition-ready.
