Update: The team store is closed. If you ordered custom Lab gear, we are hoping that it will be delivered mid-September.
The Laboratory Wrestling Club (TLWC, The Lab) is a year-round program designed for athletes who want to sharpen their skills, learn the sport faster, and become more competitive. Coached by the DPHS staff and held at the DPHS wrestling room, we welcome wrestlers of all ages and experience levels.
For youth, it provides a fun introduction to the sport. For high school athletes, it offers additional instruction and training opportunities to sharpen skills. The club emphasizes fundamental techniques, sportsmanship, and a love for wrestling, helping athletes build confidence and a strong foundation for future success.
Ready to build strength, discipline, and skill? The Laboratory Wrestling Club, based at Dos Pueblos High School, welcomes athletes of all ages and experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced wrestlers. Learn from experienced coaches and take your abilities to the next level!
Whether you are new or returning, find everything you need to know to be on the team, including forms and essential info.
