Support DP Wrestling - Your gift matters!
The Lab is a year-round wrestling program where young athletes of all ages can learn the sport, build confidence, and have fun on the mat. Practices are held in the Dos Pueblos High School wrestling room and are led by experienced coaches who guide wrestlers at every level.
For youth wrestlers, the Lab provides a fun, supportive introduction to wrestling, teaching fundamental techniques, coordination, and sportsmanship. For high school athletes, it offers extra instruction and training to sharpen skills and become more competitive.
At the Lab, we focus on learning, teamwork, and a love for wrestling, helping every athlete build a strong foundation for success—on and off the mat.
Ready to build strength, discipline, and skill? The Laboratory Wrestling Club, based at Dos Pueblos High School, welcomes athletes of all ages and experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced wrestlers. Learn from experienced coaches and take your abilities to the next level!
